Currently we do not offer shipping to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers or international shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if an appropriate delivery address is not provided within 5 business days of our request.

How should I dispose of the bio compostable packing peanuts?
Our bio compostable packing peanuts are environmentally friendly and water-soluble. You can dispose of them by simply placing them in your compost bin or dissolving them in water. They will naturally break down over time, leaving no harmful residue.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
